To use Smart DeepInvoice, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Our Service is intended for business use only.

Subscription Plans

Smart DeepInvoice offers multiple subscription tiers with different features and usage limits. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated with reasonable notice.

Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is due immediately upon billing unless otherwise agreed
• We use Stripe for secure payment processing
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after reasonable notice

Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No payment information is required to start your trial. Trial accounts have access to all features but may have usage limitations.

Our Rights

Smart DeepInvoice and all related technology, software, designs, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you submit to the Service. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide the Service to you, including:

• Processing and storing your invoice and customer data
• Sending emails and communications on your behalf
• Generating analytics and reports for your use
• Providing customer support and technical assistance

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service become our property and may be used to improve our offerings without compensation to you.

Service Level

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Support

We provide customer support through email and our help center. Support response times vary by subscription plan. We do not provide phone support for all plan levels.

Maintenance

Termination by You

Termination by Us

We may terminate your account if:

Effect of Termination
